Training Times
Karate training and self defence has multiple benefits. You will learn karate kihon (basics), kata (fight sequences and bunkai), kumite (sparring) and how these can be applied to techniques for self defence.
As you progress through your training, you will be challenged physically and mentally and at times you may just feel that it is all to much. It is at those times when your karate training will begin to work for you and with mental and physical practice, your mind and body will adjust as your Shitoryu improves and hence, your overall well being.
So, as your training advances so will your coordination, balance, self confidence, fitness, flexibility and improved mental concentration.
